UK Delivery - Delivered from London.
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £3.90
Express Delivery (Royal Mail, Guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm) - £6.90
EUROPE Delivery (3-5 Days Standard Delivery) - £6.90
USA & CANADA Delivery (4-7 Days, Standard Delivery) - £9.90
AUSTRALIA Delivery (5-10 Days, Standard Delivery) - £9.90
Rest Of The World (5-12 Days, Standard Delivery) - £11.90
Orders received on weekdays before the below times will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day.

Customs Fees
DIVON orders are shipped from the UK.
Once you have made payment for your order, all orders are shipped such that you should not be required to make any further payments in relation to import VAT and duties of any kind at the point of importation of your order into the EU.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for the waiting time for custom clearance, within Spain/Italy it may take anywhere between 1 Day to 3 days (or more!) to get a parcel delivered to your recipient.
Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as DIVON London take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
Additional costs
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.
