Item is ok - but took an extremely long time to receive

Update: I eventually did receive the item, almost a month after placing it. I appreciate Divon refunding my shipping cost due to the delay. The item is ok - not the highest quality, but it does fit as described.

Original review: Haven't received my order placed 2 weeks ago, and can't get anyone from Customer Support to respond to me. I fear I may have been scammed by this site. I will update this review if and when I receive my order.
